Treacle was one of my first two rats, purchased from the pet shop I work in. I bought her and charlotte home on Jan 2nd 2007. Treacle is very active and playful. She is also brave and outgoing and is one of the first out to investiagte anything new. When the rats were kept indoors she managed to get on top of the wardrobe and climb down my OH's dressing gown to escape the playpen. Treacle is an avid nest builder and will sometimes attempt to drag the clothes i'm wearing into the cage to add to her nests. She will go up and down the full height of the cage carrying mouthfuls of shredded paper up to the top level to make sure everyone's comfy!
