Homing Information

Rats are highly sociable animals, therefore rats will only be homed in single sex pairs or groups unless there are exceptional circumstances. Unless previously agreed, kittens will be supplied as pets only. There will be a small charge of £10 per kitten. Kittens will be supplied with a copy of their family tree, a diet & care sheet for new owners and a sample of their current food.

All new owners will need to fill in an application form and sign a contract. I will take responsibility for any rats I breed throughout their lives, therefore if you find in the future you are unable to keep your rats, please contact me and I will take them back, regardless of circumstances.

To ensure I can continue breeding towards my aims of improving health & longevity I will regularly contact owners for health & general updates, so please let me know if your contact details change.

Please note, I only breed for certain varieties and do not breed dumbo or rex rats. I have only a small number of litters a year, so there may be a wait of several months for rats. I am unable to guarantee the sex and numbers of a particular colour of kittens in a litter.

I am based in Wick, in Northern Scotland, however, I do travel to rat shows in Glasgow, so transport may be able to be arranged.
