Jools is another of Sugar's babies and is Charlie and Rupert's brother. He is a pretty chunky boy and looks very much like Sugar with her same soft temperment. He is also very similar to his brother, Rupert and we generally refer to the two of them as 'the twins'. Jools is a typical boy rat and has to be taken out of the cage at free-range time, otherwise he simply climbs out and sits on top of the cage rather than get any exercise. He gets on well with the other boys, being found most often with Rupert. He was the first one to befriend Luke when him and Beau moved in.
